The Family brewery Bernard uses their own spring water from the Czech-Moravian highlands, quality malt created in their own farm malt house in Brno, the highest quality Czech hop and their own yeast culture.
The core of Bernard beer brands is based on the use of traditional techniques at all beer production phases. Slowly, as the traditional technology of making beer requires, it awaits its customers for several weeks at a temperature of 1-2°C. The product preserves its original brewing aroma, distinctive beer taste, all nutritious and health values due to using the unique procedure – microfiltration – instead of pasteurization. Unique yeast culture adding causes the second beer fermentation in bottles and in consequence of this Bernard beer is a rich source of B-group vitamins, natural microelements and biocatalysts giving us the vitality and positive emotions.
In its effort to honor the taste of its quality-oriented clientele, the Family brewery Bernard is determinate not to degrade its product by pasteurization, contrary to common practice in the trade-therefore, it produces a strictly natural and live product.
The Celebration lager with a fine yeast culture is an unpasteurized beer with distinctive flavor, fine yeast taste and aroma. It is one of the most successful brands of Czech beer.
